Koban’s is one of our favorite restaurants for delicious homemade food, from the salad dressings to the desserts! Some of our favorites are the Friday Fish Fry with Crinkle Cut Fry’s (no one ever serves them anymore) Polish Platter on Saturdays or the Prime Rib on the first Saturday of the month ( you have to call and reserve), Strip Steak, Breaded Pork Chops, Pierogi that are pan fried and the fillings change depending on what’s fresh at the market that week!
