Probably the worst experience with a company I've ever had. If you are looking for insulation work, I'd say find someone else. My house is 32 years old and I wanted the insulation and attic examined. Koala's salesperson came out and did the inspection. He stated that regarding the soffit vents (exact quote) "they are all blocked". Additionally, he stated they would "Install baffles and blockers in every truss or rafter space." Another direct quote. They were to spray some insulation to top off the levels as well. Wow! The best insulation experience I have ever gotten 100% recommended koala and their team
Koala just did insulation for me. They did the attic and the walls. They ended up blowing a ton of insulation into my house from under my kitchen sink and don't want to take any responsibility for it. I have COPD and Emphysema and they didn't care that I couldn't breathe and was high anxiety and stressed about it. It caused a flare up where I had to be on additional meds for several days, and I 'm still not ok.
