The product and installation exceeded the sales promise. They were able to get me scheduled for insulation earlier than all the competition and their crew was very courteous and well mannered and did a very thorough job, i was watching, and cleaned up after the process was completed. I Highly recommend them.
I was impressed. Work was done well. They will back up their work and their quotes, just work with Brian or Chaz if you have an issue. I had an issue with the work that was addressed quickly and promptly. Quote seemed fair priced. I feel confident enough to recommend to friends and family.
Disappointed. I was quoted “Install baffles and blockers in every truss or rafter space. Designed to ensure an unrestricted, constant flow of fresh air from the soffit vents to the ridge vent. Baffles the soffit vents of side attics and also up the vaulted portion of the attic, where fiberglass batts are present now.” The workers did not install baffles and I only caught it halfway through the job. They assured me my soffits were “decorative”. I had the manager, Ryan, stop out the next day and he made the same claim. They di... read more
