Had Koala Insulation come out to do foam insulation. After checking things over, I noticed they had missed a few spots—but they were super quick to respond and promptly scheduled to come back out to fix it. I appreciated how easy they were to work with and that they stood behind their work. I actually ended up hiring them again to add blown-in insulation while they were there the second time. Overall, great experience and I’d definitely recommend them!
They scheduled the job in a timely manner. The workers were informative, polite and respectful. They were careful to clean up any mess before leaving.
