New Update! Everything was going great. The company helped me out tremendously with my bill. But I have to be honest. The place is a complete mess. I went there after a month and it was trashed there. Garbage all over the ground. The most atrocious thing was when I went to go lift my storage door the ground was loaded with needles... I am shocked by all the negative reviews about this place. We rented our daughter a unit here while her dorm is under renovation and we forgot to put her lock on the unit. We went down the road to eat dinner at Applebees. About 30 mins later we recieved an email that there was an issue and a lock was missing on our unit. The manager Jessica called us and suggest she placed a combo lock on the unit so we could finish eating and continue the move in process after. Management was onsite attentive and accommodating.
