After taking 3 weeks to schedule an appointment, 1 day before the appointment it was reschedule for a month later. When we finally met the doctor, nothing diferent or new was done to diagnose the cause of my daughter's diplopia.
I would recommend Dr. Ko, very much. My husbands and I experience with Dr. Ko has been nothing shy of wonderful. Dr. Ko, takes the time to know her patients, she is very detailed, and thorough. My husband has had several strokes to both eyes, and we have visited several institutions. Will's Eye, in Philadelphia, Mass Eye and Ear, in Boston, and we have had excellent care at Upststate University Health Care. Dr. Ko, is a excellent Dr., and a very caring person.
A doctor who has exceptional knowledge of not only how to treat the condition but also how to respect and listen to her patient. I have referred her to many other patients and would do so again. Dr. Ko cares about her patients and takes the time to hear them out and show compassion for them.
