She is rude and arrogant. Calls patient hypochondriac to face rather than entertain symptoms are connected.
The worst doctor I haven’t EVER needed to see. She was condescending, conveyed a vitriolic undiagnosed bias. She could have been, and should have been THE doctor most well prepared and educated to diagnose exactly what I finally was diagnosed with yet, because those that preceded her ran copious (but not all) tests, she decided to paint me as some needy crazy who adores visiting doctors as a sick hobby, one after the other, all for kicks and giggles. Dr. Ko is an amazing neuro-ophthalmologist. She is extremely professional and kind. I appreciate how much she cares about her patients and always tries to do the right thing for them. Any patient is lucky to have Dr. Ko for their physician.
Dr. Ko was able to correct a misdiagnosis made by another doctor. She thoroughly explained my actual medical condition. Very intelligent, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Extremely unprofessional. After giving a diagnosis she was very confrontational and rude when I tried to ask questions about my diagnosis.
Outstanding care from Dr. Ko for my family member. Her nurse and staff are friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend her to others!
