Tyrone was great and so is our Honda Oddessey that we purchased!
Had call him that morning & told him that I will be there after I get off around 4pm & he said he'll be waiting so I went straight over when I got off well I got there something toke me by surprise I saw a lady coming back from a test drive so I went n to let him know that I was the one that called that morning he was drawing up the paper with the lady he annoyed me it look like it was a done deal so I walked out as I was leaving I heard someone yelled for me & it was him the car dealer so I came back & told him I was the on... read more
Knoxville Wholesale (Tyrone & Debra) responded quickly & kindly to email. They worked with what we could afford, allowed us to test drive & eventually accepted our best price. We traveled over 2 hours for the car we wanted. Tyrone was honest with us from the very beginning & we never felt pressured. It was fair dealing all the way around. I'd buy here again.
Went down to look at one car but ended up leaving with another. Tyrone was extremely helpful, patient and kind as we test drove multiple cars. Great experience!
