Scheduling was a disaster and caused me to miss an appointment because they couldn’t provide the treatment I needed at that specific location after I drove 30+ minutes to get there. I had to wait around for over an hour for the “make- up” injection because they “ inject in the order people arrive” instead of following the scheduled appointments.. The nurses outside the rooms were unprofessional and obviously don’t realize that not all patients are 80 and some of us can hear their inappropriate/ unprofessional comments.
I have waited until I have calmed down to leave this review. Ive never seen the doctors yet for procedure. Last week I was scheduled on Tuesday for the procedure and the morning of they called and canceled due to insurance issue. I travel with work so I took off a week with vacation time to have the procedure because if I miss a day I miss all week. They apologized and rescheduled me for today Monday of the following week. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The nurses, the doctors and all the staff deserve it. My son has a traumatic brain injury and his needs are higher than a lot. Everyone here was so kind and helped us with such kindness. Thank you to all of you. You made our experience much easier. 100% recommend.
Dr Cruz and his staff did a fantastic job with my wife’s surgery. The nurses and doctors were incredible as well making sure my wife wasn’t in pain and did everything they could to manage her pain. Constantly checking on her, and made a scary experience into a great experience.
I highly recommend Knoxville Spine Surgery and Dr. Alex. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses and doctors were very friendly and professional. Dr. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions.The nurses are awesome! They helped me throughout the entire procedure. I feel very blessed to have you as my doctor. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you performed on me!
