Dr Cruz and his staff did a fantastic job with my wife’s surgery. The nurses and doctors were incredible as well making sure my wife wasn’t in pain and did everything they could to manage her pain. Constantly checking on her, and made a scary experience into a great experience.
I highly recommend Knoxville Spine Surgery and Dr. Alex. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses and doctors were very friendly and professional. Dr. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions.The nurses are awesome! They helped me throughout the entire procedure. I feel very blessed to have you as my doctor. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you performed on me!
Patient of Dr. Alex for past 3 years at the location in Karns. Practice moved to new location and today was first appointment for same procedure provided at old location. Arrived and was asked if I received a cost estimate for procedure as now that they are considered a surgery center my portion would be $575. In past it was only $45. Totally unprofessional not to of informed prior to arrival.
