Love it here! You really can't beat the friendliness, professionalism and care you receive. I'm switching all our kids to this practice currently, from a pediatric practice, and know they will love it too.
Dr. Malone is a friend and fellow competitor from my past. We grew up in the same home town. He is a great dentist and is great with people of all ages. My wife's smile reminds me every day of the outstanding work he and his staff does!
I mentioned up front that I had no insurance, and simply wanted to remove my braces (coming from a different orthodonist that inserted my braces). I received an ad in the mail that explained that I had a chance to get a free consultation at no charge. Sadly, was I wrong. I ended paying $125 for an x ray scan that they did NOT inform me about. Whether the x-ray was necessary or NOT, THEY SHOULD'VE INFORMED ME ABOUT THE X-RAY COST!

Wai, We are sorry you feel this way. This is a misrepresention of what actually occured in our office. Due to the fact we had no previous history with you Dr. Dickenson had to do an exam (at no charge) that included the xray. The fee we quoted for treatment you requested us to do (but have not done) was 1/5 the cost of what you were quoted by a previous dentist. We were doing that as a courtesy to you. We hope you find someone who can help you with your situation.
Dr. Malone and his staff are by far the BEST of the Best when it comes to the care and concerns of their patients! Thanks to all of you!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I were so impressed with everything from the wonderful staff to the excellent care to the TVs in the ceiling so we could see what they were seeing as they explained things to us and we could watch our favorite shows while they cleaned our teeth!
I just left Dr. Malone's office and had the BEST experience! The facility was perfect, the staff was above and beyond friendly, and Shannon was the best hygienist I've ever had! I'm so glad I found them! I heard about them from a flyer in the mail advertising deals for those without dental insurance. Full set of x-rays, consultation, and cleaning for $99. Don't put off going to the dentist any longer ladies & gentlemen!
