It is a very clean facility. They were just too busy!

I like Dr. Sears a lot. He did surgery on my daughter's arm 3 months ago and we are now going through him for my son's arm. He has very good bedside manners, and his doodles really help explain what is going on with the break. :) However, not all of the rest of the staff is as friendly. Some have been very rude, and more rough with the children's arms than they should have been, in my opinion.
Dr Testerman is amazing. The care and concern she shows is beyond compare. More importantly her professionalism is above and beyond a lot of docs I have met. We have followed her care instructions and my wife is on her way to a full recovery. Ralph Grubb
First: thumbs-up to Dr Ivy. He did a great job operating on my finger. Thank you Doc! But: my appointments were messed up. My billing messed up. You guys need to get it right the 1st time. It all worked out but I should not bear the burden of you mistakes.
We found the staff to be very friendly and the doctors confident, they did a good job at making us comfortable
I had an exceptional experience. From the receptionists to Dr. Ambrosia, the staff was professional, informative, and extremely friendly. Thanks to all persons involved for making my surgical experience as pleasant as possible.
