I was a patient of Dr.Ryans for about a year, I saw him in person only a handful of times the rest were video appointments that seemed rushed, not thought out, and very impersonal. Trying to get appointments in the first place was nearly impossible which concerned me quite a bit considering I was pregnant and advised to have frequent check ups because nothing was being solved. ***I changed my original one start rating from a few years ago to five stars , because my husband is now seeing Jennifer Setser and she has been absolutely wonderful. My husband had a EEG home study done in March. It is now a week away from July and we still haven't gotten the results, because no one will return a call. We were told in May that he needed to set up an appointment for the results. We called a couple of week's later to set up the appointment and was told the girl who said he needed an appointment no longer work... read more
Jennifer Sester was so extremely thorough and patient with my daughter and I. She explained everything so well and was so attentive to us. I’m just grateful we got into her for my daughter’s neurological issues. She also talked to us for quite some time and we weren’t rushed in any way. Will definitely be back and recommend her to everyone. My Daughter Éva Rose felt very safe and important during our visit and not just another “number”.
After waiting a full year for an appointment on July 8, 2025 with Dr. Timothy Braden, I arrived to be informed that Dr. Braden was on VACATION! I received a letter initially a year ago of confirmation of this appointment. As the staff searched her computer, she found a letter that supposedly was mailed around June 18, 2025 which was never received. My appointment was 8am this morning with Dr. Joel Torres. After waiting over 6 months for my appointment I arrived to the office at 8:11am. Due to construction that is taking place on Ailor Ave and 17th street we were a little delayed, which was beyond my control. I was told by the office that I was marked as a no-show because I was 1 minute past their 10 min window. There was one other patient in the waiting room.
