I showed up to my appointment I had booked for a year. I was 30 minutes early after driving over an hour to see Dr. Brenda Svboda. I was informed that my appointment “had been canceled by another hospital (Pinnacle) ” in February, which was odd because I called 6 hours in advance to confirm my appointment. They could not give me an answer as to who canceled my appointment or if another hospital has access to my records. I am absolutely enraged. I was a patient of Dr.Ryans for about a year, I saw him in person only a handful of times the rest were video appointments that seemed rushed, not thought out, and very impersonal. Trying to get appointments in the first place was nearly impossible which concerned me quite a bit considering I was pregnant and advised to have frequent check ups because nothing was being solved.
