Pleasant employees and a nice facility, plus a great location.
Upon my arrival, the front desk staff appeared a bit reserved at first. However, as soon as I showcased my warm and friendly demeanor, the atmosphere transformed, and we connected on a much more engaging level! Shout-out to my drug testing nurse Kelli very professional and unscripted definitely wasn't an AI 🤣. Oh yea tell Kelli the pizza at Casey's

The downtown location could do better. The wait time was long. The workers were unorganized and unprofessional. While I sat in my room (for 30 minutes) waiting for the doctor, I heard through the door one female worker say to the other, ‘You ain’t gotta come at me like that though!’ The building needs to be renovated and much of the equipment was old. I didn’t want to sit up on the table because the step you pull out to get on it was rusted. With that being said, the phlebotomist who performed my blood draw was really good. ... read more
