I have purchased both my sporster 1200 and road king from here and will continue to do the same with Bootlegger. Also Tony is a hard working man and will do right by you. He really did right by me and I think he would do the same for any one.
Brought my 08 Night Train to these people to have the rear bearings and brakes replaced. They found even more wrong. Kim explained every step to me and was very helpful and extremely friendly. My mechanic Greg did an amazing job and was surprisingly quick but didn't miss a single issue either. Pops in parts is a great man to talk to about accessories and parts. He is the man to see if you want to talk add-on parts. The entire staff was great and make you feel very welcome.
wanting a customer to wait 2 weeks for a 10k service is crazy. Called smokey mountain and could get an appointment two days later. Today you lost a customer with disposable income.
The service I get at Bootlegger has always been exceptional. All departments - service, parts and merchandise go out of their way to be helpful, and, they are always very friendly and courteous. Kim and Greg in the service department are very accommodating to service my bike to get me on the road quickly. Great folks!
great people and great products
great service, streamlined process, great selection considering what you are doing these guys take a painfully process of buying a vehicle and make it a fun experience!
we had a great time and tony and John were great.
Had tires put on and it seems it is too difficult for them to properly take the glue off chrome wheels when they remove the old weights. Talked with Service Manger and the response was they usually take it off it unless it is too hard. It appears I was expecting too much. In the past every time I had changed my tires my self I never had that problem. Very Sad
Just an awesome time everyone just so friendly and I got a free Harley Chip just for ask for a free Map of the area. So how do u beat that? You don’t.
