I recently injured my leg and could not ride my 2018 Road Glide Special and I needed to get the 1k service and warranty work complete. I called and spoke to Kim the service manager and she scheduled a pick up and drop off in order to complete the work. She was more than accommodating in meeting our busy schedule and my bike was returned as scheduled in show room condition, I could not be more pleased! Thank You......Bruce
