Staff here are always very nice and willing to help. I see Dr. Fleming and she is great doctor who cares about her patients. Always feel like I have been well taken care of when I leave.
They do not care about their patients AT ALL. We came in to get a lens change, and were told it would take ten minutes. They left us sitting in the waiting room for OVER AN HOUR. No one deserves to be treated this way. If you don't have the staff to help a patient, TELL THEM. One hundred percent unacceptable, and no one even apologized for or explained our wait.
