Great experience having a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from face however the billing system is terrible. I am contacted via text to pay the balance, a specific dollar amount, with no invoice or idea what or when the service is for. Please improve your billing system.
All went good from sign in to my actual appointment with Tammy Wampler and Kim Anderson. Been going there for more than 25 years.
Dr. Hanggi and staff are awesome!! Dr. Hanggi is very caring and explained everything before MOHS surgery. Excellent bedside manners and very personable!! Thank you all for taking such great care of me!
