My son had to go in, he was anxious and became tearful. Michael and his assistant cheered him up and made him feel more comfortable! It was a great experience from check in to check out. I got there early because I figured there would be lots of paper work and they were able to get me back a lot sooner than anticipated.
I’ve never in my life felt less cared for by a medical group. Complete incompetence.
I previously wrote a poor review about a different provider, but today I saw Brittany PA and she was amazing!!!! she sat down and listened to my concerns. i didn’t feel rushed at all. she took into account my preferences, and we figured out a plan together!
Great dermatologists and staff. Caring, attentive to details, easy to communicate with and helpful when you don't understand diagnosis!
