It was a good experience. Everyone was really friendly.
As always, my experience was a great one. Dr. White and all his staff provide excellent professional service in a comfortable atmosphere. I was especially impressed with the new 360 degree x-ray machine.
Today I have sent a card to you, Dear Dr. Brad, and your staff (via snail mail) which says it all and then some. There are no words sufficient to express just how much I appreciate the kindness, compassion, understanding, and expertise, extended by you all. My experience on Thursday was of kindness, comfort, and friendship, far in excess of any I have ever received elsewhere, in more than 70 years of dental involvement, in my home Country of the UK, or here in the USA. Many grateful thanks and then some.
There are no complaints about this routine cleaning and checkup. Dr. White and his entire staff are pleasant and competent.
Except for my innate hatred of the sound of the scraping of my teeth (what can a girl do?) I love my visits to Dr. White's office. It's the Chick Fil A of offices: it seems like serving me and making me feel comfortable is really their pleasure!

The staff at Dr. White's office and Dr. White himself are extremely pleasant. They greet you with a smile and by name and make you feel comfortable. They are attentive to you as a person and they provide excellent treatment.
I love this whole office! I'm not sure how you can enjoy having a root canal, but they made it possible. I originally chose this office based on great reviews about how friendly and caring they were. After my initial cleaning a few weeks ago, I received a hand-written than you note from my hygienist. This latest visit I was made to feel 100% comfortable and relaxed before and during the procedure. The staff was friendly as always and Dr. White and his assistant were awesome.
