Today I visited Dr. White's office unannounced with an urgent care need, simply hoping they would refer me to an emergency clinic. Instead I was welcomed with an instant caring and cheerful greeting from Christy at the front desk, saying they would help me. My first visit was great. Everyone was kind and helpful. When I arrived, I was treated as if I was part of the Dental Family already. Everyone had a smile and a welcome. I felt comfortable from the very start. Dr. White and his staff took time to talk with me about any concerns I had. I was never rushed, they truly care about everyone. It's like a breath of fresh air. I thank you all.... AND... Dr White was dressed in a Lady Vols fan Shirt!!!
Scheduling and reminders were very easy and efficient along with getting in and out of the office! Thank you again!
Always good service from Dr. White and his great staff. Worth the trip in the rain to see smiling faces. Love them all.

My experience at Knoxville Dental Care was awesome! The lady that did my Xrays and cleaned my teeth was very gentle and helpful. She did everything she could to make it a great experience. Dr. Brad did a great job on working with me to build a treatment plan and explaining what needed to be done. The lady's at the front desk are so sweet and were very good with my children. My wife referred to Knoxville Dental Care as a spa for your teeth and I would have to concur. It was the best dental experience, I've ever had in my life... read more
