I'm new to the area and it has a great place so far.
I've only lived here for a couple months but it has been one of the best apartment experiences since moving to Knoxville several years ago. I love my studio apartment because it has lots of storage space. Also, the apartment has great amenities that include a saltwater pool, dog park, dog cleanup stations, and new gym room. It's also very quiet and scenic.

I started out at Knox Landing and was there for 3 years before moving to The Canyon. I loved my Knox Landing "mini-condo" and love my apartment at The Canyon just as much. Staff is great, maintenance problems are always addressed quickly, neighbors are wonderful. It's quiet, clean, and close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. I just love it here. I truly feel at home!
The staff is always super friendly. They respond to maintenance requests quickly and I always feel well taken care of. The complex is always quiet and well lit. This is a great place to live, seriously! I love it.
