Excellent as always, Leon is great and has a gentle touch. Elsa is a pleasure to talk to, talking with Elsa is like visiting with a long time friend. Dr. Vogel is the best.
THE BEST. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually don’t hate going to the dentist?! Everything has been excellent since my very first visit.
I would not return due to serious billing transparency issues. I was never told the dentist was out of network for Delta Dental. I paid $100, $20, and $552 out of pocket with no explanation of how those payments were applied. Delta Dental later informed me that my responsibility for the first visit was only $74.40 and that the dentist had submitted the same claims twice. I finally found a great dentist in Dallas, Dr.Jon Vogel was amazing. He explained my exam in great detail and gave me several options on treatments . I highly recommend anyone looking for a good dentist
