The Lady that pulled my tooth was amazing. She was an Asian lady. She wasn't rude, she asked all sorts of questions to better understand the problem. People don't do that anymore. The only thing I really didn't like about the whole thing was that I couldn't keep my tooth. I asked to see it and they let me, but they said it goes into a vial to be incinerated. It would be nice if they would let u keep ur teeth after they are pulled.
