Knowles is wonderful..all the staff and the hospital itself. They provided excellent care to my cat.

I came to the Nw 7th st & 27th Ave location at around 10-11pm. I came to see if a pair of stray dogs had tracking chips the quality of service was amazing. They went above and beyond. The superviser Miriti and her team were amazing. I thought given the late hour/notice I was expecting slightly rude service but to the contrary. I have nothing but high praise. Miriti and her whole team need a raise don't let those workers go

Our dog was stung by a bark scorpion in our yard at 10:30 at night, and it was after 11 when we got there. I called ahead, gave them our eta, and they were ready when we walked in. They took sissy in without delay for paperwork first. They were kind and reassuring, willing to explain everything to me, then my boyfriend since we had a sleeping child in the car. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THEM. OUR BLU DIED ON 1/19/2016. AFTER HE WAS BITTEN BY SEVERAL DOGS. THEY WERE UNCARING AND DID NOT TRY TO WORK OUT SOME TYPE OF PAYMENT WITH US,. IT WAS A SUNDAY THAT WE BROUGHT OUR BABY IN, AND INSTEAD OF EVEN TRYING TO WORK OUT A PLAN, THE VERY SAME WAY WE TOOK BLU IN IS THE SAME WAY THEY ALLOW US TO TAKE HIM BACK OUT. UNCARING AND INSENSITIVE IS WHAT THEY SHOULD NAME THE CLINIC
This place was very INSENSITIVE and HARSH. My poor dog was dying from severe dog bites and because I was unable to pay the outrageous amount, they immediately discharged my dog without any treatment!!!!! Because of their disgusting behavior my dog DIED!!! #DISGUSTED&HURT!!!!

Unfortunately, there is no safety net in animal services like there is for human services. There is no public plan that can pay the expenses for an injured animal. Owners are expected to care for their own dogs. At knowles, we do our best to care for all animals, but there are many times when it is just impossible to provide care if the owner cannot pay for it or agree to payment plans. We are so sorry for your loss.
Knowles Animal Clinic on 1000 NW 27 Avenue provided a loving and caring environment for my dear Bailey. I am sure he is thanking the staff, especially, Dr. Beg, from doggy heaven. My sincere thank you!
