I have been going there for at least 20 years. There is a reason that I keep going back.
Even though I had to wait a couple hours ( mine wasn't a life and death emergency) care was excellent : service great and prompt and I would use them as my primary vet if I lived here full time - but they will continue Max's care whenever I'm in Miami!!! Thank you !!!

I want to thank the entire staff from saving Pirulo from deaths door. He came home tonight happy and healthy. Thanks to Dr P. & Dr Canino for the special care, thanks to the girls at the front desk for answering every call no matter what time I called and the technicians for taking care of him and keeping the radio on so he couldnt hear the fireworks. You guys are the best!! Bless you all for loving to help our furry children.

I am feeling very angry and hurt...brought my American bulldog for stomach issues in bad shape to do an ultra sound. ...they said the ultra sound person left and won't be back till tommorow. ..they kept him over night calls me at 1:00 am in morning said he collapsed, need to take him to surgery and he dies while they are prepping him...the do CPR ..no response...my question is this is a 24 hour hospital. They only have one person to do ultra sound? In the meantime my dog suffered till the end because no one else was there to... read more

Our sincere apologies for your loss. We did not expect this turn of events with respect to your dog's condition. Regarding the wait on the ultrasound, ultrasound is a specialty which takes years of training. Our technician has been doing so since 2002. Unfortunately, right now she is going through cancer treatment herself and although she tries, she cannot be here 24 hours a day.
Dr Wise is the most caring and compassionate vet I know. He and His staff are all top notch!
