Katie is truly amazing! She is so knowledgeable and skilled...she listens and uses a variety of techniques to help you relax, relieve pain, recover from injuries, etc. I highly recommend her!!

Nobody knuckles a knot into submission like Katie!
Katie is fabulous (been seeing her for at least eight years for massage with needs ranging from sports to pregnancy to office work) and is putting together a great team as well as adding opportunities for things like yoga.
Knots, sore muscles, old injuries, scar tissue or anything causing you pain just don't stand a chance against Katie! She will find and destroy whatever it is. I simply tell her what I'm feeling or where I hurt and she finds the problem, kicks it's butt and then provides me with advice to prevent pain from reoccurring. Simply magical!
