I’ve had massages here and they are great and I very much enjoyed Yin Yoga series with Tiffany last fall. But, I was part of the first combo Yin massage group today and ooh aah, this is just what this old lady’s body needed. Terrific. ���

I have has massages with Chris and katy, they are both excellent. Great deep tissue and hospitality. My only place i go for massages .

Had an amazing massage with Dalanda. I had be suffering with a sciatica flare up and she worked it out very well. I did not wake up in pain. Highly suggested.
The most incredibly effective massage available! I'm training for my first marathon and I was having a lot of hip pain, not only did Chris find the source of the issue and fix it rapidly, she also gave me recommendations for exercises and stretches to prevent further injuries. She was so kind and welcoming and the whole environment was fantastic. Also love that they are open on weekends!
I've tried to keep her name to myself, but I get so excited talking about her amazing work, I can't help but spread the word! Can't wait to see her again at the Knot Detective! The first time I saw her, I asked, "how often will I need to see you in order to get rid of this pain?" And she said, "oh I'm going to fix you today!" I'm superman!" Or maybe she said superwoman. Either way, she was right! She's the best!
