We will no longer be doing business at Knoefler due to the lack of communication in the Service Department. The only reason they earned two stars is the free coffee.
We just purchased a 2016 3500 HD .Mr Cleavland was a vary up front no bull salesman. I would recommend him and Knoephler Chevrolet to any one. And for the rest of the life of our truck only time will tell THANKYOU VERY MUCH
The information center/odometer and shift indicator went out on my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban. Joe in parts and Tom in service knew exactly what needed to be done to get my truck repaired. The new instrument cluster was ordered and arrived next day and was installed. It works perfectly and didn't required any followup at all. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. The key fob on my elderly mother's Chevrolet stopped working. She took it to Knoepfler and was told that she would need to purchase a costly new key fob. Today she mentioned it to me. The fob says on the outside of it the kind of battery it uses. So I went to Menards, bought a replacement battery for $3.00 and installed the new battery. The key fob now works fine.
