My husband and I scheduled for his truck to get the air compressor worked on that we bought from them. Had a great experience with the service dept. after having some issues with my Suburban. After being told by a different shop that I had bad lifters and needed $2600 to $4000 to repair it, I took it to Kchev for a second opinion. They informed me the problem was one bad spark plug! I opted to do a full tune up rather than replace just the one. That other shop has lost any chance at getting my business ever again. Called 4 times in a week just to get my headlight changed. No calls back apparently they don't want my business anymore. They had my car for a big job and broke my sunglasses holder which had nothing to do with the job, and left grease stains on my seat. Out of convenience for myself I tried to get my headlight fixed and guess they want nothing to do with it. Will be finding a new place to work on my vehicles
The service I requested was scheduled in a prompt manner. Nick Jones was the service person, and he did a wonderful job, going above and beyond!
