Service department is a joke
Service sucks. We bought a FOB for our car. The guy at the parts counter said it would run around $80 to $90. He tried programming it for the car and got things so screwed up, neither FOB would work. Keep in mind - this car DOES NOT start with a key so we're dead in the water. Then, their Service department wanted another $126 on top of the $90 to program it. No thanks. Got a refund on the $90, made them get the car running and we left - never to return again.
RecommendedThe customer service there is beyond awesome! I unexpectedly needed a new car. So I drove in their lot with a car that was beyond repair it seemed. I explained my situation and on how the car was acting, so the sales person referred me to a local mechanic that would help me diagnose the problem. just got me a 2017 truck 1500 . love it. got a great deal & my sales man was great. easy no problems . five star sale
The sales guy or kchev was excellent. But it was raining when I got the truck. Had some chips in the windshield they said the would take care of it. Got it back and had the resin smeared across the windshield from the wipers and the chip is spreading from poor fix. The tires are getting chewed up on the front, 8900 miles. Was told they would figure out was wring when I made the appointment. parts department is fantastic! helped me with a key and some other parts today. always my first choice for dealer parts for 25 years. sales department isn't very good however, I never understood how the parts department could be so customer-centric and sales has the disconnect. I went for parts today and was thinking about a Silverado, at least to see if it fit me. same problem as 5 years ago when I went for a new Colorado. I have bought 2 vheicals from and haven't had a single issue with there service or anything. the sales team was amazing to work with and the financial department was super awesome about getting the best deal for me possible!. we will deffentialy be coming back again when we need to upgrade again!
