I did not recieve what I paid for. Online booking description. Includes a shampoo before and after a precision haircut, razor neck shave, hot face towel, scalp massage, and neck massage. I got a very bad haircut. No shampoo before or after. No hot towel on face. No scalp massage. No neck massage. No razor on neck.
