I signed a service contract under duress, I had Covid. A hard sales pitch hit me, the salesman knew I was sick, but I have no one to blame but myself for not reading what I signed. If you are given a contract from them to sign, run. Its binding forever. On another note, without my knowledge, $5.00 /month (one month it was $15.00 due to their software changes) was automatically deducted from my bank account. I never gave my permission to auto deduct any amount from my bank account, and was never notified of the automatic dedu... read more

They installed a faucet on the outside of my house and put it in the same hole the old one was. And charged me $500. I complained, and they said they would give me a refund of two hundred and sixty four dollars and ninety nine cent. That was in march I still have not received a refund.
