Say NO to the Advantage Program! Due to the Covoid Crisis I cancelled my annual maintenance service call. For weeks after that I got a daily email telling me that I had a scheduled appointment for the next day. Rick just finished an extensive pipe repair and installed 2 new toilets and mini water heater. Did an excellent job and I am very pleased with his workmanship. Arrived on time was courteous and did the job right.

They replaced my compressor without changing the dryer which was bad so AC didn't cool properly. Hired another company to find out why AC not working. They said the dryer was original to the unit and should have been changed when the compressor was changed. The manufacturer gives you a dryer when you buy the compressor because they recommend you change it to protect the compressor. The second company told me to call them back and fix it.
