What makes KSF the knife purveyor you want to do business with is the ongoing involvement with the owner Derrick Bohn. I spend my money with people and companies that I like and trust. Derrick is the face of his company (yikes!) and he makes purchasing from KSF a personal experience. He is also actively involved in designing and producing the Northwoods line of slip joint folders and fixed blade knives. I have purchased several knives from KSF. I have never had a problem and they ship really fast. I have gotten deliveries in less then 48 hours. They are such a good company that I know it will cost more money in the future.
Last two were from Bark River. Both very nice knives, and very quick delivery.
My wife and I have purchased several knives from knivesshipfree. They have a great selection and awesome service. We will be busy with these nice folks again.
Was able to get a hard to find replacement knife to replace one that had been gifted and lost. Very impressed with their customer service and shipping which only took a few days. I will be shopping here on a regular basis.
I'm relatively new as a customer (maybe about 6 months or so) but I have purchased several times. Great company, service, selection, price, shipping. All around well run, with different ways to interact via social media, web, videos, etc. For a long time I have been turned off by the retail scene and have set my expectations really low for customer service. Not anymore. It'll take me a while to save up for my next purchase, but I'll be back.
