Ok, this is what great customer service looks like. About a year ago, I ordered a set of very nice olive green micarta scales for my Benchmade Mini Griptilion, and I've been carrying it pretty much every day during this past year. Because I neglected to Loc-Tite it in place, one of the three belt clip screws loosened and was lost. Nice webshop with tons of quality knives at reasonable prices and realtime inventory status. I just bought a Bark River Gunny Hunter knife and asked to gave the sheath replaced as I didn't like the original one. Placed the order and contacted them on Facebook.
