New customer here, and honestly I've only ordered one product - a GEC knife about 4 weeks ago. Knife is wonderful and the customer experience was terrific. I received several emails along the way about where the knife was in the shipping process, as well as some messages about the company in general and the type of customer experience that are targeting. The folks who run this outfit seem passionate about it and seem to care judging by some of the communications I've received. I would go to them for my next purchase.
I've lost count of how many knives I've ordered from KSF, and every single one arrived fast and carefully packaged. There is nowhere, and I mean *NOWHERE* else that I'd rather get knives from than Knives Ship Free. Derrick and company are helpful, friendly, and eager to make sure you have the knife that you want. I’ve purchased a number of knives from KSF over the past couple of years and have always been satisfied. I’m pretty fond of BRK and the KSF store in Escanaba has a pretty stellar selection on hand. I’ve also ordered a couple of Northwoods online and although I like their folders, I don’t really care for the process of trying to “win” a knife before someone else beats me to it and sells it on EBay.
