I ordered a GEC #78 on a Tuesday. Got it on that Saturday. I did have one issue: the pocket slip came ripped. They shipped a replacement out right away. Fantastic to deal with. And that knife is just something else. I will definitely be buying more from KSF.
I am very happy with the service from knives ship free. Both my City Sheath and Bark River Mini Fox River arrived quickly, I have a great EDC combo now (I hate carrying a wallet) , American made and QUALITY products.

This company charges 20% for returns. That seems exorbitant to me. They probably list this policy somewhere on their web site, but I sure didn't see it when placing an order for over $500. After I returned the items, they called and offered to waive the fee if I accepted a credit instead of a refund. I was a bit caught off guard at the time, and requested the refund.
