I was in a stressful situation and derrick delivered not only a great knife but words of encouragement . he runs his business with an attitude of "i will treat you like i would like you to treat me" how you actually treat them does not affect how they treat you. And the customer buying a 70 knife is treated with the same respect as one buying a 700 dollar knife.
