Can't trust this billing department. They lie about services rendered and when. They'll code an office visit as a physical and vice versa. They doubled down when confronted about it. This is our second time dealing with shady billing practices from Knightdale Pediatrics.
Overall, our visit went smoothly until it was time for my son’s blood work. The first nurse attempted twice in different arms and continued moving the needle, causing discomfort. When I asked why he was laying down for the procedure, she simply responded, “This is how we were trained.” I requested another nurse, and she replied, “If this was my child, I would request another as well because it’s not a good day,” without any apology or sympathy. Love them all Friendly staff and friendly doctors
This is definitely a last resource place. The setup is awful with everybody using the same entrance/check in. Every other place I have been to have separate entrances for sick kids. We have left this office twice now and gotten sick afterwards. A lot of the nurses are unprofessional and will rush you. Overall, the cleanliness/sanitation and staff could be a lot better.
