I've taken my girls here for 7 years but the office has declined tremendously. The office staff called me today, one hour before my appointment because THEY scheduled my child a month too soon for a checkup. She directed that I needed to call my insurance to see if it would be covered. This is the second time this has happened in my child's short 8-month-old life.
