Went to Knies today to purchase new mattresses. I'll I can say is Morgan was the best!!! In and out in less than 10 minutes, and that included getting financed!!! Can't wait till we are able to get a great night sleep!!!!
I've been a customer of Knie's for roughly 20 years now and they are awesome. I bought a washer & Dryer recently and it ended up being recalled. They were very awesome about it. They took care of me and got me another set. Everything in my house is from Knie's and I've never had a problem with any of it. The recall was not there fault. It was Samsung's problem, but Knie has awesome customer service. You may buy cheaper somewhere else but you won't get the confidence or the service you get at Knie's.
Big thank you to Michael and the others who took the time and efforts to make sure we were happy with our purchase of our washer and dryer. They came out 3 times to change out washers that were having issues. Had we gone to a box store , they would have said tuff, or sorry the call Company that made it when we got the first one. We ended up with a Maytag, American made, and i love them. We will always buy my from our local Knie!! Thanks again! !
I called Knies and was very lucky to get Ashley. We needed a washer and dryer set. I had a brand in mind that I had heard good things about. Ashley confirmed that this set was amazing. She went above and beyond to get us the best price by price comparing. We got the top of the line models for a cheaper price than we ever expected! Such a great buying experience and Ashley and Knies will have repeat business from us!
