We went to Knie to see about fixing our tv. They told us what was probably wrong and how much it would cost We decided to buy a new tv Michael N was so helpful answering all questions and showing us all different price ranges no question was to dumb to ask. We would recommend this store and this salesman to everyone Nancy and Lee

I recently bought a TV, TV stand, washer and dryer set and bedroom set. My sales associate was Ashley and she was awesome. They delivered when they promised and they discovered one of the dressers was damaged and replaced it with no hassle. I go to Knies for the service. I myself am in sales and appreciate good service. I have purchased from Knies in the past and they will continue to be my place of chose for appliances and furniture. Thank you...

We LOVE this small town appliance store! Customer service is excellent and responsiveness to any concern is always swift and professional. Our most recent interaction happened yesterday when we lost both our hot water heater and our refrigerator on the same day. It wad a crazy day and Steve Knie stayed late so that I could come in and pick out a new refrigerator, then he delivered it himself the next day. Thank you Knie appliance, I won't buy household appliances or tv's anywhere else!

Purchased a stove - was told it would be delivered between 9am & 11am. I was told I was to be the 2nd delivery of the day - it is now 11:20 am NO DELIVERY!!! Totally messed up my day - was suppose to attend my great nephews first football game at SHS - that didn't happen. All other plans for the day put on hold until delivery!!! Considering there is a $49 delivery charge service should be better than this. Not a happy customer.
