VERY disappointed with their customer service!!!!! Washing machine was on back order. Expected delivery which was set up for a Monday, but was called and told we set it up for Tuesday and that it's not possible we could have set it up for Monday since they don't deliver on Monday afternoons. IMPOSSIBLE. We got our washer on a Monday in the afternoon! If you buy ANYTHING from these people, pick it up and install it yourself and save the $50.
