There were so many selections to choose from and and we had a great representative, Ashley, helping us. She showed us different options from what we told her we were looking for and even though she sided with the better half, Ashley had lots of patience during our disagreements of kitchen chairs. I think it was the better route to go, thank you Ashley, Knie, and ashley furniture for the great service, we will be back.

Was the first purchase from Knie and Ashley our sales person was absolutely phenomenal she gave us time to look around, answered every questions. She was very knowledgeable on all products,and Fabrics was very impressed will be definitely going back for any home furnishing needs

Great communication from store about delivery time. Delivery guys were prompt, courteous and careful. I oversaw set-up and they did exactly as they should. Multiple purchases in the past.... we find ourselves going back. Michael is a great salesman, too. Highly recommended.
We have purchased both furniture and appliances from Knies . Today our salesman Andrew , was very helpful in selecting a microwave that was right for us . Andrew checked to make sure that the model and color we selected was in-stock and answered all of our questions. Picking up the microwave was fast and easy and the entire experience was painless . Bought a brand new washer and dryer. So far I love it. Maytag is brand. I had them delivered on Saturday and Saturday evening I noticed a gas smell. I shut off gas to dryer and called Knies Sunday morning first thing. Steve Knie came out Sunday and fixed the leak. Just needed longer gas line. Definitely glad they came right away and fixed it. Also chose knies because they could deliver right away. Will buy again.
