My husband and I visited the store and were browsing for about 20 min. and not once did anyone come to ask us if we needed help. We were the only ones in the store too! There were at least 4 people at the counter. We’ll take our business elsewhere.
Had delivery of washer, dryer and fridge today, Tommy and Chris were very nice respectful and professional answered all my questions definitely would buy again as we have for years thank you!
Casey and Roman delivered my sectional and were awesome! They were patient with me when I wanted to rearrange pieces and made sure I liked how it was before they left! Super bonus they were very punctual! Thank you!!
We bought the extended warranty and went to use it and they called the day before they were supposed to come fix it which we waited almost 2 weeks for an appointment to say that they don't honor it after the one year is up and you have to go thru someone else and hopefully it doesn't cost anything. Why in the heck do you sell it if you don't honor it? What a joke. I have been a loyal customer for years and have bought exclusively here and only here but I will now take my business elsewhere. Ashley was a big help. She didn’t hover but saw when I had some questions and came over to answer them for me.
We have bought our washer and dryer, living room set and now our bed all in the past year. We have always dealt with Ashley as a sales person, she is great. Today was the 3rd time Alex delivered to the house. I am always happy to see when he gets out of the truck. He treats my home as his own. He has a great personality and sets everything up great. Today Jordan was with him he was nice and good.
We just had a chair delivered. It’s gorgeous! It has been an awesome experience, from the salesman Mike Steffens, and his friendly helpful nature, to the delivery guys, Roman & Chris, who were fast, polite and friendly. We will definitely continue to use Knie. We also recently bought a dishwasher, and the gentleman that put it in was fantastic. He was quick informative and polite. You guys have amazing employees working for you.
Thank You Tommy and Casey from Sterling for the very good job you did delivering our bed room furniture in Savanna, Il. You were very efficient and through.
We had such a good experience with Knie. Andy was there to answer any question we had but still gave us the space we needed to make a decision.
