Bought a couch there and paid extra for a 5-year warranty. Was told this couch was great quality and withstands pet scratches and everything. Over time our leather is coming off in shreds and pieces it’s terrible. Since we bought the extended 5 year warranty we figured this would be covered. Nope. Was offered a $300 credit toward a new couch and have to get the current couch back to the store. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Complete answers. Very helpful with different options for decision making. Competitive prices. Store provides complete repair services for there products. Josh was very polite and open about the products they sell. Quick delivery... Very satisfied with doing business with Knies.
