RecommendedI got all my parts before the delivery date
Completely ignored emails and contacts though eBay. If they aren’t willing to take a few seconds to respond to an email then I don’t think they can handle taking an actual order, especially for multiple sales. I will be actively keeping my forums and local clubs away from this place. It’s unfortunate, I wanted to like them. Oh well. Update: Continued to "talk the talk" but not "walk the walk" and follow through 100%. Dealt with two different ends of the company and got similar bad results.
KMJ bought out Karl performance and was excited and made the announcement on Facebook that they purchased victory race cars, the parts dept. engine shop and so on. But now when I have an issue they (KMJ) says they didn’t buy that department. On 8/6/18 I was told by KMJ that they did buy the engine shop and will take care of any existing customers. They have terrible customer service. Never contact you back like they say they will. Have to keep contacting them when trying to resolve an issue with there products. Have purchased several items from them and never will again.
Big shout out to Mike Sinclair (product line manager) at KMJ Performance. Purchased a Jet fan switch kit from them and the fans wouldn't come on when temp was reached. I contacted Jet like the package said to. Their solution was to remove the whole unit and send it in to them to diagnose the problem. I have it installed on my daily driver and I no longer had the original parts to put it back to stock. Emailed KMJ and Mike emailed me.
