Having a place you can go to in the neighborhood for immediate help without an appointment or a long wait is so important. If I need a strep test or for whatever, I just need to see a medical professional. It doesn't take the place of my regular physician. He just isn't always available and I can't wait until tomorrow or next Thursday to get seen. I need help now and I get it here.
