Visited Crown Heights Urgent Care on a Sunday evening . Not only is this a plus that they have great hours,but the staff was very pleasant and made my daughter very comfortable. From the Medical assistant at the front desk,to the P.A. I believe he said his name was J,I appreciated the care and time they gave her. The P.A was very comforting and I would definitely pay to go back there in an emergency,or even for just a regular check up. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic quick and curteous experience! Was in and out within 10 minutes. 30 Seconds of paperwork and the doctor was able to give me medication on the spot!
I went to see the doctor when I was on vacation in New York. He took good care of me. When I wanted to get the money back from my health care insurance, Crown Heights immediately sent me my chart. Thanks to them my insurance paid the examination.
I walk by Crown Heights Urgent Care nearly every day but I had never gone there until this morning when I couldn't get an appointment for my son at the pediatrician after he was up all night with severe ear pain. Everyone in the office was very friendly. They saw us immediately and prescribed antibiotics for my son. The office is clean, organized, and efficient.
I can't say enough positive! They were so quick and compassionate! They saved the day for me in a clean, friendly place!
Thankful to have a convenient place like this in the neighborhood. Fast, efficient and comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for serving the neighborhood!
