I came here and did a strep test that was negative on the spot but they said they would send to the lab to see if the overnight was positive. Well my pain kept gradually growing, nine days after i did the test i picked up the phone and called them to see if they had gotten the results. And it was positive!!!! 9 days of untreated strep is DANGEROUs!!!!!! Their incompetence put my life at risk!!!!!

INCOMPETENT!!! This is the only word to describe these clowns. I called this location 3 different days to verfiy that they had the vaccine that I required. I called just before I arrived to ensure that they had and then spent $10 to get to the office. The had me fill out the paperwork and go into the patient room before they tell me they don't have it. If they don't even know what they have in house how could you possibly trust them with your health.
I have been to this urgent care twice and I have no complaints, except i wish they had hot chocolate and not only coffee lol. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. My kids always enjoy being there. There hasn't been a long wait when I've been there. The doctors and staff take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. Also the facility is very clean.
