I called over the weekend, and someone actually answered the phone! They have on call staff! My experience in store was very quick and pleasant, and the woman that helped me knew what she was talking about and answered questions I didn't even know I had. Very pleased.

I have always been treated very well when I have called down there with a question. I would highly recommend this place of business!!

K-med use to be the only place I used for medical supplies. Recently the company is under new management or was bought out. They are now Elios or something like that! K-med had the most friendly, helpful staff. Just calling them, I would always hear a friendly voice when they answered the phone. But now, the ladies working in the office are quite rude & completely unfriendly. It looks like they got rid of all the k-med workers too! I plan to drive to Saads from now on & will refuse to use them even if recommended by a doctor... read more
