Their knowledge of carpet cleaning really shows up wonderfully when your work is completed. I really never expected the rugs in the bathroom, with all the stains could come out like a new carpet. You really worked hard on your hands and knees, and the whole house looks great. You worked over 3 hours and after you finished, it was everything you said it would be. I'd recommend you to everyone. David was on-time, professional, and persistent throughout what became a difficult job. He returns all phone calls quickly and shows up when he says he will. A very nice guy!

David was very quick to respond, offered me a competitive price and was quick to come over and pick up the rugs. It was a little slower on the other end. Our rugs were gone for over a month, at least one week of which was playing phone tag to arrange for delivery. That said, however, the rugs look great and I would recommend David without hesitation.
They were initially interesting to get hold of. But the work they did, the timeliness, the cost per quality, and the friendliness and cleanup were way beyond excellent. Well worth what I went through to get hold of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again.
