They came out promptly and did a nice job. However, the first 24 hours were very scary because my carpet was all bubbled up and looked a mess. I had a friend put high volumn fans in the room and helped dry the underside of the carpet and pad and this helped get everthing back into reasonable shape. The tech should have been more carefull about the excess amount of water he used while cleaning.
David is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cleaning service performed as scheduled and transaction ran smooth. I am willing to have long-term business with a professional like David.
David Gehrke is very friendly and personablr. He did what he said he would do. He arrived when he said he would or he called to reschedule. I think his rates were reasonable and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends. My carpets look great.
Excellent work - Very hard job and worked on it until it was done - Put in a lot of extra time cheerfully.
KMC is very professional. They did a thorough job cleaning my carpet. The price was a bit more than I thought because the charge for the stairs was not included in the package price we discussed but was a separate line item. Also the carpet too much longer to dry than estimated.
Good job. We called the night before, and they came the next day at 9am with a quote, and started cleaning at 10:30am all as promised the night before. The price was a bit more than I expected, but it was probably worth it (you get what you pay for).
I was very pleased with the end result. Chirs and David were very polite and provided GREAT service.

Got an immediate response and the job was done in my time schedule, that was important as this job was done after I moved out of the place to gain my cleaning deposit on the rental. The house was a 4 bedroom and the carpets were heavily stained in the hallway areas and nobody really believed that it could be cleaned and would have to be replaced.
